The Experience Matters! Program offers eligible employers in BC a negotiated Wage Subsidy incentive to hire eligible workers aged 55 and over.

Fill the form and, if ALL of the following statements are TRUE about you, we will send you a letter to attach to your resume.
This letter will tell prospective employers that you may be eligible for the Experience Matters! Program and how they can apply!
Once you have found an employer who wants to hire you, ask the employer to contact us toll-free at 1.877.866.3100 to start the application process.
